Information we collect

Ticket sales have closed, and this site no longer collects booking information. When you booked tickets for The Projection, we collected the purchaser's name and email address, each ticket holder's name and NUS student status (and NUSNET ID for NUS students), ticket quantity, any voucher code, your selected payment method, any additional information you choose to provide, and any payment screenshot you upload. We also recorded the order status and when each ticket was checked in.

How we use it

We used this information to process ticketing and registration, and to update purchasers with updates on the relevant production.

Who receives it

The Committee of Limelight Musicals can access booking and check-in records for verification We do not sell booking information. We keep booking, check-in and contest records only while needed for event operations or legal and business purposes. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent with reasonable notice. Withdrawal may mean we cannot fulfil an order or admit a ticket holder. You may also ask us to delete data that is no longer needed by writing in, subject to any legal or business need to retain it.
